Debra began her legal career in Boston as a member of the corporate department at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, a renowned law firm known for its work in the technology and venture capital sectors. During her tenure, she worked on sophisticated corporate transactions for high-profile clients, gaining valuable insights into the nuances of corporate law and deal-making. Following the firm’s closure, Debra returned to Florida, where she continued her corporate law practice at Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A., one of Florida’s most respected law firms. Debra is known for her approachable and supportive style, offering practical insights on client management, deal negotiation, and the nuances of corporate practice.
Debra is deeply committed to the mentorship and training of young attorneys, recognizing the importance of fostering the next generation of legal talent.
