BIOGRAPHY
Anthony Quintana is an associate in the firm’s litigation department, focusing on complex commercial litigation and general liability matters. Anthony joined Tobin Reyes as a law clerk in 2024 before returning to the firm full-time as an associate after passing the bar exam.
Anthony earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. He consistently earned spots on the Dean’s List, was awarded the CALI Book Award for Criminal Law, and served as a staff editor on the St. Thomas Law Review. While in law school, Anthony served as a Judicial Intern for the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami, where he gained hands-on experience reviewing notices of appeal and analyzing appellate jurisdiction. He also participated in the Southern District of Florida’s Volunteer Law Clerk Program, focusing on major crimes in the criminal division, where he attended trials, conducted research, and contributed to strategic trial preparation.
During law school, Anthony developed his litigation skills through clerkship positions at Cole Scott & Kissane, a prominent Florida law firm, where he worked in the Construction Law and First-Party Property groups, conducted legal research, prepared dispositive motions, developed litigation strategies, and managed discovery processes. These experiences equipped him with a strong foundation in both commercial and construction litigation, which he continues to leverage in his current practice.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida International University, where he graduated with honors. While pursuing his bachelor’s degree, Anthony worked as a file clerk and scheduler, gaining insights into the operational side of legal practice.
His strong academic background, together with his ability to articulate complex legal issues and draft persuasive legal arguments, has made Anthony an asset to the Tobin Reyes team.
