BIOGRAPHY

Sacha Boegem is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation. His practice is dedicated to representing corporate entities and individual clients in a wide range of business disputes, offering strategic legal counsel in areas such as landlord/tenant conflicts, supplier/distributor and franchise litigation, trust and estate litigation, and partnership and corporate governance disputes. Sacha is well-versed in handling employment-related matters, antitrust and unfair competition claims, and other multifaceted legal challenges that arise in today’s business environment.

Before joining Tobin Reyes, Sacha developed his legal expertise at several prestigious Am Law 100 firms in Florida and New York, where he gained a deep understanding of the legal complexities faced by businesses across industries. His broad experience includes navigating litigation in both state and federal courts. Known for his meticulous approach and skill in litigation strategy, Sacha has built a strong reputation for resolving high-stakes disputes efficiently and effectively.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Sacha gained valuable experience in government and politics. He served as an intern at both the White House and in Congress and worked on various political campaigns, demonstrating his commitment to public service. He also contributed as an editor for a non-partisan political news publication, further broadening his understanding of public policy and governance. While earning his law degree from Tulane University, he distinguished himself as Notes & Comments Editor of the Tulane Law Review and served as president of his law school class. His leadership skills and academic achievements laid the groundwork for a successful career in law.

Sacha remains an active and engaged member of his community. As part of his advocacy work, he has represented the Jewish Community Relations Council in discussions with elected officials in Washington, D.C. and Tallahassee, advocating for public policies important to his community. His dedication to civic involvement underscores his commitment to making a positive impact both inside and outside of the courtroom.

Sacha lives in Fort Lauderdale with his wife, Stacy, their son, Jay, and their family dog, Beaux. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his family and contributing to causes close to his heart. His combination of legal acumen, leadership, and community involvement makes him an invaluable asset to his clients and the firm.
